We start the year full of resolutions: going to the gym, starting a balanced diet, stopping smoking, taking care of ourselves, not complaining…
This year we wish you to be your best version. Pamper and take care of yourself. Give yourself and your skin time.
In this post we give you 10 simple tips to achieve your goal and don’t give up half way there.
Year after year we normally abandon our resolutions without noticing. We suggest you write down your goals for 2019 in your personal notebook (look them up now and then). Reach your goals with simple actions that end up becoming habits.
2. In expert hands.
To achieve spectacular skin we recommend going to an Aesthetics Centre. A skin diagnosis is essential for seeing its condition and necessary treatments.
3. Cleanse your skin twice a day: morning and night.

4. Exfoliate! (at least once a week).
Whichever your skin type, don’t forget exfoliation. Eliminate dead cells: you will prevent the appearance of imperfections and improve skin micro-circulation. There are several types of exfoliator depending on your needs. Find yours!
5. Pamper your eye contour.
One of the most sensitive parts of the face is the eye contour. The skin is 20 times finer than the rest. Pamper your eye contour with the product that most suits you. Some even protect against blue light, one of the four pollutants most present in our daily life.
6. Join the Korean trend.
Resting well at night is a must in beauty. We suggest you go to bed early. At night your skin does extra time to fix the possible damage suffered during the day. The Golden Hours (23:00-02:00h) are when the skin is more receptive. Take advantage with a detox concentrate or a sleeping mask. You will wake up like a true sleeping beauty!
7. Protect yourself.
Your skin has to defend itself daily from “invisible” enemies that cause 80% of the signs of ageing. There are four types of dreadful pollution for your skin: environmental, solar and domestic pollution and blue light.

8. Join the #SundayMasks
Use your Sundays to take care of yourself, even if it is 20 minutes. Choose your best playlist, relax and apply a mask (or two). On Monday you will start the week with a radiant face full of energy. There is an immense variety. Choose whichever you prefer or try a different one every week. #SundayMasks
9. Take into account the forgotten areas: neck, décolletage and hands.
There are areas of our body that can reveal our age or even make us look older: the neck, décolletage and hands.

10. Operation great body.
Feeling good with our curves, with our body, accepting and loving ourselves with our imperfections just as we are: that should be our goal.
We recommend you practise some sport or activity regularly, drink 2 litres of water a day and consult our networks. Very soon we will be “connected”.
