PHASE 2 – Objective: burn fat and tone
Prepare the freezer because for week 4 of the #ChangeBeginsToday challenge the bloggers from Hinojo.co propose a very cool recipe to welcome spring: Smoothie Bowl of Grapefruit and Strawberries. The mix of fruit results in a refreshing bowl with an intense orangey colour that reminds us of this years’ novelty: the weight, ideal for intensifying the plan of exercises.
SMOOTHIE BOWL OF GRAPEFRUIT AND STRAWBERRIES
For 2 persons.
The juice of 1 grapefruit.
1 cup of frozen strawberries.
1 cup of diced mango previously frozen.
To decorate: some blueberries, some slices of kiwi and chia seeds.
Put the grapefruit juice, the strawberries and the mango in the glass of our blender. Process until obtaining a uniform cream.
We like to serve it in the grapefruit’s shell, so when we squeeze it empty it very carefully. Serve the smoothie and decorate with some small slices of kiwi, blueberries and chia seeds.
And it is ready to enjoy! 🍓
