Germaine de Capuccini consolidates internationally with the opening of a new subsidiary in Antwerp, Belgium.
The Valencian cosmetic brand signs the purchase contract of the Belgian independent distributor Saisons, which commercialises Germaine de Capuccini in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
The operation responds to the Internationalisation Strategy that the cosmetic company has begun with the firm objective of consolidating its presence and growth in the international market.

Germaine de Capuccini has subsidiaries in Italy, Dominican Republic, Colombia and from this year on also in Belgium. The new subsidiary will have the current human team of the distributor and the collaboration of Micheline Aerts-Van de Voorde, who was a finalist in the 2016 edition of “Entrepreneur of the Year” of the famous WOMED awards in Belgium. Its head office is in Antwerp and has renewed and modern premises.
Currently Germaine de Capuccini Benelux is present in more than 700 exclusive Beauty Centres, hotels and spas. On the international level the Belgian distributor occupies the second position in sales with 8% of the total invoicing of Germaine de Capuccini, behind Italy with 17%, followed by Mexico with 6% and United Kingdom with 5%.
With this purchase Germaine de Capuccini consolidates its positioning in Europe while continuing its expansion in the Asian and American market.
